PIRU, Calif. (May 13, 2026) — The Ventura Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) will review and consider adoption of its Final Budget and Work Plan for Fiscal Year 2026–27 during its May 20 meeting, according to a public notice issued by the agency.
LAFCo is a state‑mandated county body that oversees city and special district boundaries, municipal service reviews, and spheres of influence.
The annual Final Budget outlines staffing, administrative costs, and scheduled review activities for the upcoming fiscal year. The FY 2026–27 plan continues LAFCo’s routine administrative work, including updates to planning documents and municipal service reviews.
