Dutch Bros Sets May 27 Opening for First Santa Clarita Location

Dutch Bros Coffee is set to open its first Santa Clarita shop on May 27, bringing the fast‑growing drive‑thru chain to Valley Center Drive after months of construction. The new location sits at 26655 Valley Center Drive, near the intersection of Soledad Canyon Road and Golden Valley Road, an area that has seen steady commercial development in recent years.

The project marks Dutch Bros’ long‑anticipated entry into the Santa Clarita Valley. According to KHTS, the site has been under construction alongside a future McDonald’s, part of a multi‑tenant development approved by the city. The company previously confirmed the address and noted that the Santa Clarita shop would follow the brand’s standard drive‑thru kiosk design.

Dutch Bros began in 1992 as a small pushcart operation in Grants Pass, Oregon, and has since expanded to more than 1,100 locations across 25 states. The company is known for its customizable drinks, energetic broistas, and a menu that includes coffee, cold brews, teas, lemonades, smoothies, and its Rebel energy drink line.

The Santa Clarita opening gives local customers a closer option after previously traveling to Lancaster or other nearby cities for the brand’s drinks. With the May 27 launch, Dutch Bros continues its broader expansion across Southern California, where demand for drive‑thru beverage shops remains strong.
