Cube Spring Hockey Cup Brings 59 Teams to Valencia for 2026 Ice Hockey Tournament

VALENCIA, Calif. — The Cube – Ice and Entertainment Center is preparing to host its largest Spring Hockey Cup to date, with 59 teams scheduled to compete May 21–25, 2026, according to event details published by The Cube and Travel Sports.

The Cube is Santa Clarita’s three‑rink public ice arena, making the Spring Hockey Cup a full‑ice youth hockey tournament played on its NHL, Olympic, and Pond sheets. The venue hosts year‑round hockey, figure skating, and public skating programs for the region.

The annual tournament brings together youth and amateur teams from across California and neighboring states. Organizers list 11 divisions, ranging from 8U through high school, including Girls 12AA, 14AA, and 16AA. Each team is guaranteed four games over the five‑day event.

The Cube notes that participating players will receive welcome bags, tournament pins, and player‑of‑the‑game items. Division champions will take home banners and championship cups.

Games will run throughout the day on multiple sheets of ice, with some matchups beginning as early as 6:00 a.m., based on the published schedule. The full schedule is available through The Cube’s official tournament page.

Families attending the event will also have access to Top Shelf Bar & Grill, on‑site vendors, and a supervised “Camp Chillin’” sibling activity program operating from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
