Dodgers Steady From Start to Finish in 4–1 Win Over Rockies

The Dodgers put together a complete, controlled performance on May 27, earning a 4–1 win over the Colorado Rockies at UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium.

Los Angeles set the tone early. Shohei Ohtani opened the scoring with a first‑inning home run to center, and Freddie Freeman followed with another drive to left, giving the Dodgers a 2–0 lead before Colorado recorded the final out of the inning. The Rockies cut the margin in the fourth when TJ Rumfield scored on a groundout, but the Dodgers answered in the bottom half. Hyeseong Kim came home on a single from Alex Call, restoring the two‑run advantage.

Dodgers pitching kept the game in their control throughout the night, holding Colorado to one hit and preventing any extended threats. Andy Pages added a solo home run in the eighth inning, giving Los Angeles a 4–1 lead that held through the final frame.

The win moved the Dodgers to 35–20 on the season, while Colorado dropped to 20–36.
